We provide a FULL ONE YEAR WARRANTY against manufacturing defects. We do not warrant any fabric or leather for wear nor wooden surfaces from color fading. We reserve the right to repair or replace any defective merchandise after inspection. If the merchandise was picked up when purchased, customer is responsible for returning it to Atmosphere Interiors for inspection. Some products are covered by manufacturers extended warranty.
Yes we have an outside delivery service that will do your delivery at a fee, please consider carefully both the space you plan to put your new furniture and the access to it. It is the customers’ responsibility to assure merchandise clears all doorways, staircases, hallways, elevators, etc. Delivery charges are determined at the point of sale and based on the information given to the sales person.
Unforeseen or undisclosed difficulties are customers’ responsibility and may result in additional delivery fees. Assembly of the furniture is on a per item. We do not hoist, hang items on the walls or ceilings or hook up computers, TV or stereo systems. If you have a confirmed delivery and are not present to receive it, you will be charge for it. You must have a responsible adult to receive delivery
Atmosphere Interiors is a net discount showroom, therefore we don’t do any returns, refunds or exchanges except if the product is broken at the time of delivery. We will, however, honor some exchanges.
All orders require a 50% deposit at time of ordering, the balance is payable in full before delivery, if paying by check the funds have to clear the bank before delivery.
Yes sales tax is charged for all in-state deliveries within California. Deliveries outside California are not taxed.
We offer financing thru GEMONEY, it is a short application and will only take about 10 minutes.
